Here's why I do what I do...
What I discovered about relationships and communication powerfully changed my life. I became passionate about helping others win with people too, so that they could win in life.
After a successful career in the corporate world, I started my speaking and expert business in 2011. I soon realized that my "relationship-driven" message truly resonated with people, and I knew I was on to something!
Since then I've been blessed with the incredible opportunity of powerfully impacting the lives of thousands (as a speaker, pastor and coach), and the amazing experience of working with so many leading companies and organizations.
What makes me different is that all of my programs contain the perfect blend of practical solutions, engaging (and relatable) stories, and actionable strategies, which are all designed to help people leave feeling excited, equipped and empowered to win with people so that they can win in life.
While I'm thrilled to have made a powerful impact in the lives of thousands (and that is something I do NOT take for granted) I'm most excited and blessed to be the husband to my amazing wife Kacy, father to our beautiful daughter, and a dog dad.
